Every mjmCREATION product is produced on demand — made specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we handle returns and exchanges with care and fairness.
We stand behind the quality of every product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Because each product is produced individually for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or personal preference. We recommend checking our size guides carefully before ordering.
Detailed size guides are available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. If you receive an item that does not match the size guide measurements, please contact us and we will resolve this promptly.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (guides, PDFs, digital resources) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
